O Aviões Fantasy é uma festa promovida por Xand Avião para celebrar o aniversário do início de sua carreira com a banda "Aviões do Forró". Anualmente, o artista organiza a maior festa a fantasia do país, provocando em sua equipe o desejo constante de inovar e surpreender. Em 2023, a festa, que normalmente ocorre em setembro na cidade de Fortaleza, precisou ser movida para outubro devido a questões de agenda.
Diante dessa alteração de data, Xand lançou o desafio: "Quero fazer uma festa de Halloween que fuja do óbvio. Nada de bruxa e jerimum."
A partir dessa provocação, desenvolveu-se todo o conceito da festa, explorando a temática "criadores e criaturas". Após listar os principais criadores da literatura de terror e suas criaturas, foi possível criar uma narrativa que interligasse cinematografia e contos de folclore brasileiro, dando vida ao "Aviões Fantasy: O Halloween".

Aviões Fantasy is an event promoted by Xand Avião to celebrate the anniversary of the beginning of his career with the band "Aviões do Forró". Annually, the artist organizes the country's largest costume party, instilling in his team a constant desire to innovate and surprise. In 2023, the event, which typically takes place in September in the city of Fortaleza, had to be moved to October due to scheduling issues.
Faced with this change in date, Xand issued the challenge: "I want to create a Halloween party that goes beyond the obvious. No witches and pumpkins."
From this challenge, the entire concept of the event was developed, exploring the theme of "creators and creatures". After listing the main creators of horror literature and their creatures, it was possible to create a narrative that interconnected cinematography and Brazilian folklore tales, bringing "Aviões Fantasy: The Halloween" to life.
Explored Aesthetics:
Cinematography and literature of the horror and fantasy genres. Brazilian folklore tales. Neopunk and surrealist movements. Neon and Iridescent color palettes.
Atividades realizadas para o desenvolvimento e produção do evento:
1) Desenvolvimento conceitual e planejamento de ativações de marca nos espaços temáticos.
2) Elaboração do plano de comunicação, com o objetivo de consolidar a marca Aviões Fantasy como um evento que foge do convencional, centrado em inovação, surpresas e na entrega de experiências únicas.
3) Planejamento estratégico para impulsionar as vendas e promover a fidelização de consumidores.
